Real Estate: First Time Home Buyer

This is just a good resource for your first-time home buyer.

Home Buyer's Checklist

Covers alot but well worth it.  I used it to give myself some insight as to what it's like to be a first time home buyer...again.

You're in the business 24/7 - you can forget what it's like to be on the other side sometimes.

Plus it's a good resource for your clients - kind of like a good item to lend out to a needy client.

Good luck!

It is good for new agents (and old) to use a check list to make sure they are helping touch all the first time bases.  And it is useful for buyers.

Thomas: That looks like a great resource and pretty affordable if you consider it. Cheers!

Interesting and thanks for sharing. Many of the franchise realty companies already have this for our agents that we can personalize to ourselves and clients. Very good tool and makes a great impression when a first time home buyer gets a personalized packet with thier names and information printed in.

Thanks for the resource. First time homebuyers have plenty of questions and usually love a reference.

This is another great resource - only it's for marketing and servicing high end real estate:

I think I'm going to put this in another article.

Success For Dummies -

I don't normally like the Dummy series of books, but this one's cheap and worth a read.
