So I left the counseling field to build a real estate agent business. I'm not looking back and I'm loving it.
One of the things I miss sometimes though, is helping people on a strictly emotional level. While real estate is definitely emotional and the people we work with run the gamet, it's still nice to try and stay connected in a different way.
One of the things about being a real estate agent that is so important is - staying driven. Daily items that you can do go a long way - LONG WAY toward making it happen - e v e r y d a y!
I figured I'd share this book by Tony Robbins! Enjoy. He has a way of putting it straight. I used to think (when my mind was controlled by complete negativity), that "people like him" were freaks. I realized, I was the freak. Anyhow, for 10 bucks, you can't beat it.
Unlimited Power: The New Science of Personal Achievement
If you read it already - please give me your thoughts!

I have read the book prior. Good book. Thanks, Royal..
Tony Robbins is good but I like the oldies also like Norman Vincent Peel and several other motivators. They all deal with positive thinking and attitude which seems to be strongly needed in our industry...
I think it's needed in every industry and in all walks of life. It's not just about business, but living life differently than everyone else around you. Don't be like everyone else - it's so boring - that's the message.
guess this post life is dead...
so i guess Tony Robbins isn't that popular afterall.
Tony is very much alive and making millions I guess. I have read a lot if not all his books and I have his tapes as well. I love just listening to him. The book you have referenced is a good one also. You know even some of the presidents have had him over, I would guess that would look good on your resume.
I have read some of Tony Robbins - my personal favorite is from the old school - Zig Ziglar!
I'm reading Zig Ziglar now - A W E S O M E.
I haven't read that one but I will. I just returned from my first UPW Seminar and he is the most amazing person. You can tell that he does what he does because he truly loves helping people. Have you read The Law of Success by Napleon Hill? It's a must read. It's like 1100 pages but it's like the Bible for business.
Will look for Napleon Hill on Amazon.
I will look for the book. Thanks for the suggestion.
Good luck Gita!
